The centre of Bad Hofgastein and the AlpenTherme spa are only a 4-minute walk from the house, while the new Schlossalmbahn ski lift is just 7 minutes away. With the included Gastein Card and Salzburg Mobility Ticket, you can enjoy numerous benefits throughout the entire Gastein Valley as well as free use of public transport.
All apartments in the house feature a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi and underfloor heating, as well as a private south-facing balcony. You can leave your car conveniently in our private parking throughout your entire stay. Our house is open to guests 365 days a year.
Gastein in Winter
Enjoy over 200 km of perfectly prepared, snow-sure ski slopes. With just one ski pass, you can choose from 4 ski areas, in each of them a single cable car ride takes you all the way to the highest mountain station. For guests who prefer to take things at a more relaxed pace, we recommend leisurely walks or a horse-drawn sleigh ride through the romantic winter landscape. In the nearby located park, you can enjoy cross-country skiing and ice skating. After an active winter day, relax and enjoy soothing moments in the AlpenTherme spa resort and the natural Gastein thermal water.
Gastein in Summer
With over 600 km of hiking trails of varying difficulty levels and three nearby cable cars, summer in Gastein is ideal for hiking. A cycling holiday here is also something truly special: numerous cycling routes and mountain trails with beautiful rest stops provide the perfect cycling experience in the Salzburger Land. Golf, archery, climbing or paragliding – all of this is possible during a summer holiday in Gastein. On hot summer days, you can cool off in the natural swimming lake or enjoy the thermal waters of the AlpenTherme spa resort.

In the Gasteiner Heilstollen, radon develops its healing properties in combination with warmth and humidity. At the Bad Hofgastein spa treatment centre, the healing thermal water is used for therapeutic baths and underwater treatments.

Apartments Davydov are located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the centre of Bad Hofgastein.
The town centre and the AlpenTherme spa resort are only a 4-minute walk from the house, while the new Schlossalmbahn ski lift and the bus terminal can be reached within just 7 minutes on foot. The “Achenstraße” bus stop is located less than 100 metres from the house. From there, the Citybus Nord 566/568 provides convenient access to the Schlossalmbahn cable car and the bus terminal during the winter season.
In the vicinity of the house, you will find numerous restaurants offering both Austrian and international cuisine, as well as supermarkets, equipment rental shops and sports stores.
