The highlight of this accommodation is a 50 m² terrace with a comfortable seating area and magnificent view of the Gastein mountains. The apartment also features a private balcony with beautiful mountain view!

With the included Gastein Card you can enjoy numerous benefits throughout the entire Gastein Valley.
The new Salzburg Guest Mobility Ticket allows you to use all public transport in the province of Salzburg for the duration of your stay. The ticket is included in the accommodation price and is also valid on your day of arrival. We will be happy to provide you with the Mobility Ticket conveniently in digital form.
Deposit and Cancellation
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
A deposit of 50% is required no later than 30 days before arrival. We will send you a deposit invoice with all the details in good time.
In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit can unfortunately no longer be refunded.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is possible at any time from 15:00. On request, we are happy to offer a late self-check-in.
Check-out is by 10:00
Ski storage room
On the ground floor of the house, you will find a ski room with a heated ski boot dryer and plenty of storage space for your sports equipment. The room can also be used for storing bicycles in summer and offers charging facilities for e-bikes.
Parking
Our private parking is available free of charge throughout your entire stay.
